This specialty mainly engages in cost estimate, economical evaluation for various engineering projects. In the past few years, we completed more than 20 feasibility studies, more than 20 items of budget estimation of primary designs, more than 6000 items of budget and bidding documentation, more than 2000 items of operational and final account each year, with a total investment about RMB 6 billion yuan The engineering projects cover a dozen of industrial sectors including coal, electric power, road, railway, chemicals, water conservation, township planning and architecture. The department owns strong technical expertise, and the team includes 2 experts, 11 senior engineers and 10 engineers, 15 of them hold the certificate of cost estimation engineer and the certificate of registration issued by the state. We carried out engineering economic evaluation on a dozen of large¨Cscale engineering projects in cooperation with more than 10 overseas companies. And we are invited as an expert consulting unit by the State Planning Committee, China International Engineering Consultant Company and the Coal Sector¡¯s Technical Consulting Committee. We have edited more than 30 items of national and ministerial standards and norms independently or jointly with other units. We own strong technical strength, advanced computing means with different computer softwares for budget estimation, economical evaluation, and final accounting of engineering projects. |
