Material Handling Division
It mainly engages in design of material handling systems of mines, power plants, steel plants, cement plants and seaports, and R&D of the equipment, development of CAD software, engineering design and consulting of large steel structure projects. It undertakes the design of surface mine production process and related plants of large crushing station, the design of mechanical process of underground mines, coal preparation plants and the product design and development of hoisting and transport equipment, mine car decking equipment, lifting, crushing and coal washing equipment, the design of general workshop and repair workshop of heavy truck and large loading machinery and the design of mechanical process, coal feeding, ash removing and water treatment plant of medium and small thermal power plants.
In recent years, it has conducted wide cooperation with a dozen of countries, completed more than 200 items of project design, and compiled more than 200 items of national and ministerial level standards, codes and standard common designs. The main achievements include the engineering designs of the production conveying system of Shuichang Iron Mine of the Capital Steel Plant, the limestone conveying system of Xigou Mine of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Plant, the external coal conveying system of Yuanbao shan Power Plant, the production system of TIGYIT Surface Coal Mine of Myanmar, the raw material workshop of the second stage project of Baoshan Iron and Steel General Plant, and the ore conveying system of Qianwan port of Qingdao, besides the designs of the production systems of the coal mines of Huolinhe, Yuanbaoshan, Yiminhe, Xiaolongtan, Zhunger, Fushun, Pingshuo, Yangquan, Tiefa and Shenyang. The products it designed have been widely used in different sectors both in China and abroad. It brings the owners good economical benefits.
