We can independently carry out designs of highways, in-plant/mine roads, railways, bridges and tunnels, as well as general planning and design of site layout of plants and mines, cities and towns, and residential areas. Since the establishment of the institute, we have completed 75 items of railway design with a total length of 1911km, such as Tiefa Santaizi private line (won the Bronze Medal of National Excellent Design) and the Wuyuan-Tawintolgai railway in South Goby province of Mongolia (international project); 312 items of highway and city road design with a total length of 1631km, such as the first grade round-the-city road of Guilin, the No.2Road in Zhunger coal field (won the Ministry¡¯s First Prize of Excellent Design); the diversion project of the National Road No.109 in the section from Dafanpu to Chengpo in Inner Mongolia, and Hunnan Boulevard in new district of Hunnan of Shenyang; designs of 42 large and medium sized bridges, such as the Jixi Mulinhe river bridge, Liaotanghe river bridge on the round-the-city road of Guilin, Longwanggou bridge on the Road No.2 in Zhunger coal field; the projects of Taipingshan tunnel in Tiefa Santaizi private line, Dongkuhe tunnel of Xinglong Huoshenmiao railway, and Tangjiashan railway tunnel; and several hundred general layout designs, such as the general layout of the industrial site of Shuangyashan Qixing Coal Preparation Plant (China-foreign cooperation project), the general layout of the Oric Weihai Explosives Equipment Company (foreign investment project), the general layout of TIGYIT Surface Coalmine of Myanmar (foreign project) and the planning of the Phoenix Garden Villa Residential Area of Shenyang
