The human society stepped into a new century. It was said that the 20th century was an age when the management relied on institution while the 21st century is an age when the management relies on culture. No matter how it was said, the enterprise culture, with its vastness and permeability, exerts an imperceptible but profound influence on enterprise management and it will become a new standpoint of enterprise management
Our enterprise is a technical service enterprise with intellectuals as its main body. Our management must follow the principle of “persisting in humanism”. While the institution is rigidly applied, the principle of “humanism” shall be embodied everywhere in routine management. The enterprise culture has its connotation in two aspects: first, it requires the leader of the enterprise to initiate enterprise culture and lead the theme, and secondly, this culture must be rooted in the basic culture of the enterprise, rooted in the history and reality of the enterprise. Fundamentally it must represent the spiritual need of all staff of the enterprise. If it is not rooted in the masses, any enterprise culture will be lifeless.

Speech of Director Zheng Youyi on the Theatrical Festival to Celebrate the 55th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China
Dear Comrades:
The autumn wind blows cool and the flowers and fruits spread sweet scent. In this harvest season, we get together in this theatrical festival to celebrate the 55th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, and meanwhile to celebrate the 52nd birthday of Shenyang Design and Research Institute that will come soon. We can say that today’s performances have a special significance.
Our republic has passed 55 years, experienced a lot of difficulties and hardship; our institute is going to pass 52 years, we also overcome many difficulties and hardships. Recalling the past, great emotion swells in our hearts!
Our institute was set up in 1950s, grew up in 1960s, experienced hardship in 1970s and grew fast in 1980s. In the middle and late period of 1990s, the institute experienced a low time.. Nowadays when we come in to the 21st century, through the common efforts of all staff of our institute, we finally meet the glory of Shenyang Institute once more.
Today’s glory of Shenyang Institute is the result of continuing efforts from several generations of the institute staff. Here, on behalf of the party and administrative leadership of the institute, I express my sincere thanks to the new and old comrades who have made great contribution to the institute in the past and present and please convey my best regards to your families.
Just now I read the performance list. Please let me express my emotion and feelings in the names of the songs that will be performed today. Let us “Sing for the Motherland”, “Bless the Motherland”, act as a “Wholehearted Hero”, sing the “Song of Changjiang River”, with “My Chinese Heart”, “Come into New Age” and wish our enterprise to “Have a Better Future”！
Finally I wish it would be a successful theatrical festival! And everybody would shave a good time in this enjoyable holiday!
